TEAM BARBERSHOP 2025
Paul delivers six 30-minute classes on How to Grow Your Chapter. Each one is packed with great ideas to move your chapter forward and builds on the class before. In between watching the classes, Paul hosts live Zoom meetings with those chapters in the program to share the following:
- How are choruses doing
- What have they tried
- What were the results
- What are the WOWS with the process
- What are their NOWS
- and…. What’s next

Is making a difference important?
Letting people know you care, is a good way to have them care — whether it’s individuals in your group volunteering their time or your whole group supporting needs in your communities such as: food banks, meal programs, community performances, family support programs, and more.

- What are your main drawing points for
inviting a “newbie” to visit? - How are your guests greeted when they arrive?
- Are they made to feel part of your group quickly?
- How are you going to get them to return?
